Noel P. O'Brien, Esq. has been with Cabanillas y Asociados PC since 2022, and is an associate attorney located in the White Plains office of Cabanillas and Associates PC. Is
admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Court of New York. Mr. O'Brien represents clients in foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant proceedings, residential and commercial property litigation, and wills and estates. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Mercy College and his Master of Laws from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, and the Irish American Bar Association of New York. Mr. O'Brien speaks fluent Spanish and has a working knowledge of Portuguese. When not practicing law, Mr. O'Brien enjoys cooking, golfing, fishing, and hiking.
